Export your data

Your inventory is yours, and it leaves with you whenever you ask. Exports live in Settings, under Your data.

The complete record, packed for keeping:

• placeful.json holds every location, item, idea, and history event, with every field as stored.
• items.csv is one row per item for a spreadsheet: name, location as a path, values, dates, and links to the images.
• media/ holds each item’s images in its own folder: the cutout, the original photo, the thumbnail, and any extra photos.
• README.txt explains the layout, so the archive still makes sense years from now.

JSON and CSV are also available on their own when you do not need the images.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is complete: your things, places, history, and images are removed. Export first if you want a copy; there is no undo.
